Events

Are you pregnant or caring for a baby less than six months old? If so, you’re invited to our community baby shower! This FREE event is a celebration of you and your soon-to-be little one or your new baby. Your partner or one other support person is welcome to celebrate with you. No registration required. There will be:
 

• Perinatal health and safety gift baskets for 60 participants
• Raffle prizes, including free Pack n' Plays, breast pumps, a car seat, and more
• Educational games
• Celebratory cake and snacks
• Connection to community resources

The YMCA Spokane Valley Child Watch Program will offer free on-site childcare for the event.

Molina Healthcare will have a mobile clinic for babies and children who are Molina members to catch up on well-child visits and for current and expectant parents who are Molina members to complete prenatal and postpartum check-ups or receive other basic healthcare services and referrals.

Vaccination event offering routine childhood vaccines and select adult vaccines. See the table below for available vaccines. This vaccination clinic is open to: 

• Adults ages 19 and older who do not have insurance
• Children age 6 months - 18 years, regardless of insurance coverage 

No appointments. Walk-ins are welcome. 

You will need to fill out a consent form for any individuals receiving vaccine at the event. To save time at the event, you may download, print and complete the demographic portion of the consent form for each individual receiving vaccine at this event and bring it with you. Please use the Child Consent Form for individuals who are under 19 years of age (0-18).
