HOUSING

Are you a property owner and considering a smoke-free policy on your property?
The Spokane Regional Health District has four $250 grants available to help.

Need other information regarding smoke-free housing?
Here's some documents that can help.

Look for these helpful logos at local apartment complexes:

Do NOT allow smoking anywhere on the property.

Do NOT allow smoking inside individual units, balconies, patios, or any other place on the property.
Do NOT allow smoking inside individual units, balconies, patios, near windows, doors, or in commong area.

But DO have a clearly identified designated area on the property for people to use for smoking.
ALLOW smoking in individual units, balconies, patios, or outside in non-designated areas.

But still enforce the Smoking in Public Places Law for the leasing office and common areas
