• Washington Residential Landlord Tenant Act -  Chapter 59.18 RCW
  This Act outlines the responsibilities of both landlord and tenant. When the tenant has concerns with their place of living they must provide a written notice to the landlord with items needing to be addressed. This written notice is required even if the landlord was verbally told about your issue.
