Senior Centers monthly menu (pdf).

  • Home-Delivered Meals/Meals On Wheels – Spokane County residents age 60+ who are "homebound" are eligible to receive hot or frozen meals delivered to their home. The suggested donation is $3.50 per meal. Five local organizations participate in the Meals on Wheels program. Call (509) 324-1532 for more information.
  • Senior Meal Sites – Several locations (PDF) around Spokane County serve a mid-day meal, Monday–Friday, to seniors. The suggested donation is $3.50. Seniors enjoy the opportunity to socialize and eat a hot, nutritious noon meal. All local residents age 60+ are eligible to participate. Please call the location nearest you or 324-1532 for more information and reservations.

Frozen and liquid meals are also available. The Senior Nutrition Program is funded in part by Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington and donations.
