Inspections: The Spokane Regional Health District issues operating permits and inspects approximately 169 seasonal and 82 annual water recreation facilities in Spokane County. Construction, Remodeling, Renovation : All public and semi-public water recreation facilities in Spokane County must submit plans and specifications to the Health District for approval before any remodeling or changes in equipment. Get plan review instructions and download checklists required to be submitted with plans.

Need rules/signs? Download a copy of rules that must be posted at all water recreation facilities. The lettering on signs must be at least 3/8 inches high and posted in a conspicuous area.
