2010 Flu Vaccine Clinics

2 Options:

1. SRHD Public Health Clinic • by appointment
The clinic is currently scheduling appointments for flu shots; call (509) 324-1600.

  • The clinic price this year for a flu shot is $25, adult or child. The fee for children's flu shots may be reduced depending on family size and income.
  • The clinic also offers the new high-dose vaccine for those 65 and older for $45.
  • Medicare, Medicaid, cash and credit cards accepted.

  • Vaccine available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  • Children (6 months – 18 years old) are free. However, if they are covered by private insurance, please bring your insurance information.Parent/guardian permission required. Children 14 years of age or older may be immunized without a parent present, but must bring parent permission with them—forms are available at www.srhd.org. Parents must be available by phone when sending children without another adult. SRHD prefers an adult is present.
  • Adults are $10. Federal law prohibits us from accepting payment for adults who have Medicare or Medicaid, so please bring your Medicare or Medicaid card. Only cash or check will be accepted for all other adults.
