Two Senior Nutrition meal delivery options are available. Both use the same monthly menu and provide frozen and liquid meals to supplement the hot meal program:

  • Senior Meal Sites – Fifteen locations around Spokane County serve a mid-day meal, Monday – Friday, to seniors. The suggested donation is $3.00. Seniors enjoy the opportunity to socialize and eat a hot, nutritious noon meal. All local residents age 60+ are eligible to participate.

  • Home-Delivered Meals/Meals On Wheels – Spokane County residents age 60+ who are “homebound” are eligible to receive up to seven hot or frozen meals delivered to their home up to five days per week (Mon-Fri). The suggested donation is $3.00 per meal. Five local organizations participate in the Meals on Wheels program.

The Senior Nutrition Program is funded in part by Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington and the Senior Assistance Fund of Eastern Washington (SAFE).
